The Lords Mobile November Campaign is valid only from 11th November 2022 09:00 to 30th November 2022 23:59

  • What is included inside the gift pack?

    • One (1) gift pack will include 300 Gems + 4x Speed up 60 minutes + 2x Gryphon Chest + 2x Nocero Chest + 1x Rare Material Chest


  • Who can participate in the Lords Mobile November Campaign?

    • Users are required to have a verified RGG account to purchase to be qualified for the promotion. 

    • Users with incomplete RGG accounts and profiles are not qualified for the promotion.

    • Each user with a verified RGG account is limited to claim only one (1) time Lords Mobile gift pack regardless of eligible transactions.

    • The cashback is only limited to the first 750 valid Lords Mobile purchases.


  • How to participate in Lords Mobile November Campaign?

    • Users who spend 50 GG and above in a single transaction on Lords Mobile will be eligible for this campaign.


  • How do I claim my Lords Mobile gift pack?

    • Once an eligible purchase is made, an email will be sent by 7th December 2022 with the voucher code used to redeem the gift pack.


  • How many times can I get the Lords Mobile gift pack?

    • Each verified user can only claim the cashback once (1) after making an eligible purchase


  • Where can I participate in the Lords Mobile November Campaign?

    • The gift pack campaign is only eligible for Lords Mobile diamond purchases which are 50 GG and above in a single transaction made on the official RGG website.


  • How long is the gift pack valid for?

    • The redemption codes will only be valid until 31st December 2022 23:59. The codes will no longer be available after this date.


  • Who is not eligible to participate in the campaign?

    • Employees of RGG and/or Digi and their immediate family members and / or relatives living in the same household; 

    • Vendors, contractors or partners, or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Giveaway including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, and immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household.


  • What happens if I win and do not receive the gift pack? 

    • Please submit a support ticket [email protected] should you not have received the Lords Mobile gift pack by 7th December 2022.
