Games of the Month Promotion FAQ

Attention to all RGG Users! Get a 5% rebate for Games of the Month!

Here’s how you can get the rebate: Purchase GG points for the selected Games of the Month in a single transaction and receive a 5% rebate.


*Do note that the Games of the Month will change each month. 


The Game of the Month promotion is valid only from 3rd November 2022 09:00 to 30 November 2022 23:59

  • Who can participate in the Games of the Month promotion?

    • New users are required to have a verified RGG account to participate and qualify for the campaign.

    • Users with incomplete RGG accounts and profiles are not qualified for the promotion.

    • Each user with a verified RGG account is eligible for the 5% rebate as long as the transaction meets the minimum spend requirements for the specific games.

    • Limited to first 100 users per month.


  • How to participate in Games of the Month promotion?

    • Existing RGG users must log into their account, check out the ‘Promotions’ page on the RGG website and select preferred game. 

    • Purchase a minimum of 80 GG and above, depending on the title, in a single transaction and the 5% rebate will be credited to the user’s account.


  • What is the Games of the Month promotion? 

    • Each Eligible Participant is entitled to 5% RGG rebates for the selected Game(s) of the Month with a minimum spend of GG points in a single transaction (“Freebie”) during the Promotion Period. For example:

  • 80 GG in single transactions for Free Fire and CODM


  • Where can I participate in this promotion?

    • The promotion is open to all RGG users and applicable to selected Games of the Month via our Promotions page on the RGG website


  • How do I claim my 5% GG Rebate?

    • Once an eligible purchase is made, head to your “Missions” page to claim your free 5% GG rebate!


  • Who is not eligible to participate in the Promotion?

    • a. Employees of RGG and/or Digi and their immediate family members and / or relatives living in the same household; 

    • b. Vendors, contractors or partners, or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Giveaway including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, and immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household.


  • What happens if do not receive the 5% rebate? 

    • Please submit a support ticket to RGG Customer Support should there be any transaction issues regarding the 5% rebate for Games of the Month.


    • b. Login to your Garena account
    • c. Choose Garena Shell
    • d. Select RGG Digi PIN
    • e. Fill in your phone number
    • f. 
Fill in the PIN that has been purchase with us.
    • g. Click "Confirm"
    • h. You will receive your Garena Shell
