Here’s how you can win: Be the first 50 new users and make sure that your RGG account has at least 50 GG points.


*Do note that this giveaway is only eligible for those who are new users November and the giveaway will end 30th November 2022 23:59


The 10 GG Points Giveaway Campaign is valid only from 4th November 2022 09:00 to 30th November 2022 23:59

  • Who can participate in The 10 GG Points Giveaway?

    • New users are required to have a verified RGG account to participate and qualify for the campaign. 

    • Users with incomplete RGG accounts and profiles are not qualified for the promotion.

    • Each user with a verified RGG account is limited to win only one (1) prize.


  • How to participate in The 10 GG Points Giveaway?

    • New users must have at least 50 GG in their RGG account.


  • What is the Giveaway Prize? 

    • Ten (10) GG Points 


  • How many winners can win the prize? 

    • The first fifty (50) winners will be selected and only based on the eligible users who have fulfilled the requirements as stated above.


  • Where can I participate in The 10 GG Points Giveaway?

    • The giveaway campaign is only eligible via new user creation in RGG.


  • How will I be notified if I win?

    • Winners will be notified via their registered email addresses and / or mobile number within twenty-one (21) working days after the campaign ends. 

    • Winners must acknowledge the notifications sent by RGG to claim their prizes from RGG or within the time period notified by RGG (via email or any other communication channels). In the event that any winner fails to claim the prize or nominate a representative within the stipulated time, RGG reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award the prize to another selected winner.


  • Who is not eligible to participate in the Giveaway?

    • a. Employees of RGG and/or Digi and their immediate family members and / or relatives living in the same household; 

    • b. Vendors, contractors or partners, or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Giveaway including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, and immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household.


  • What happens if I win and do not receive the 10 GG Points? 

    • Please submit a support ticket to RGG Customer Support should there be any transaction issues during the prize fulfillment to the winner with RGG 10 GG points.
